We are actively seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst (fully remote opportunity).

Your Tasks

We are actively seeking a Business Analyst who to join our software development team, who will be the vital to elicit requirements stemming from business objectives and translating these into functional requirements to be shared with both internal -and external the software development team.
You will be collaborating closely with Software Developers and Project managers to ensure that projects are carried out from design/inception throughout release/maintenance, according to their specifications and business requirements.
You will be part of a team responsible for building our future backend-and enterprise solutions to support the growth of the group across games, films, logistics and other business areas.

Your duties will include:
  • Develop and maintain value analysis tools for strategic and business value-driven decisions of the Business
  • Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, by identifying business needs and determining and carrying out necessary processes and best practices
  • Provide project level analysis, by producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, use cases, sequence diagrams, User Acceptance Test plans)
  • Collaborate in managing the Portfolio Backlog, working with key business stakeholders to prioritize the project portfolio according to business needs
  • Maintain awareness of the current and future directions of the industry and associated technologies, and, where appropriate, makes recommendations for implementation of new/upgraded systems, technologies, and best practices
  • Work with QA Test team members to guide and validate test cases and test results for the products’ intended functionality and performance.
  • Provide training to junior members of the team and support in creating project manuals and other related onboarding materials

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working with software development teams in an adaptive/agile environment
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in the IT field, working as a Business Analyst
  • Experienced with software projects in a Game or Enterprise Landscape of departments (Customer Support, Sales, marketing, product development, etc), technologies (Java Enterprise, .Net, etc.) and platforms (CRM, Customer Support, B2C, B2B, etc.)
  • Experienced in using Data Analysis Tools (e.g. SQL, MS Excel)
  • Experienced in using MS Office Applications (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Knowledge of project management tools like JIRA, Teams, MS Project
  • Knowledge of the Business Analysis Book of Knowledge (BABOK) Guide
  • Familiar in Game Technology (e.g. Popular Game Engines: Unreal, Unity; Backend Solutions: Multiplayer, Telemetry/ Player Data Analytics)
  • PMI-PBA® Certification
