Your Mission
As the Art Lead, you will work closely with the creative director to translate the artistic vision of the game into levels.
What you will do：
- Manage the art team
- Create a friendly working environment, ensuring a productive internal workflow to fit the project framework
- Be responsible for final delivery and quality control in accordance with the established artistic direction, technical restrictions, and deadlines;
- Model and texture 3D assets
- Integrate assets into game levels

Your Skillset
Requirements :
* Minimum 2+ years of game development experience as 3D artist, with at least one game that have been successfully shipped;
* Expertise in Blender, Substance Designer and Unreal Engine required
* A deep understanding of all aspects of game art and a very talented and skilled artist yourself
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail
* Positive, collaborative attitude with strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Knowledge of production pipelines for games
Personal qualities :
* Appreciate teamwork and knowledge sharing
* Autonomy, curiosity and proactivity
* Dynamism and pugnacity
