Your Tasks
-
You are responsible for the product lifecycle administration inclusive of HLA’s, promotional calendars and sales company updates -
You will be data management liaison with our Austrian office. Inclusive of product set up, SRP and sales flag maintenance -
You will do cost calculations for promotions and projects as well as prepare decision templates -
You will monitor and report on promotional implementation -
You will support distribution provision management -
You are responsible for future credit control, liaising with the finance team to ensure that distribution provisions can be monitored accurately -
You will report, analyze and forecast New Release and Core catalogue -
You are purchase ordering liaison -
You will provide Contract Database support ensuring an overview of all contracts with updates supplied to Account Directors and Partner Managers of termination dates and notice periods -
You will assist with commercial reports including pre-orders, stock and sales, monthly AOP updates and stock targets -
You will manage release schedules to ensure we have an up-to-date release schedule for both internal and external purposes -
You will support and advise the commercial team when necessary -
You will work as a part of a joint team and contribute ideas for areas of improvement with general ad hoc duties as required
