We are seeking a talented Project Manager for our Creative Services team within the game publishing division of PLAION. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate and oversee all design projects of the Design Team. Collaborating closely with your colleagues, you will manage a variety of projects across multiple IPs—from strategic resource planning to optimizing existing processes and guiding project timelines.
 

Your Tasks

  • Review all incoming asset requests to ensure completeness, feasibility, timing, and intensity.
  • Develop production timelines and build capacity forecasts to identify production peaks and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Manage comprehensively all projects and the capacities of our Design Team.
  • Oversee and monitor the delivery progress of designers, ensuring successful completion and providing status reports.
  • Assist lead and art directors in project planning, including updates on status, risks, and challenges.
  • Monitor project progress, manage deadlines and engage relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular stand-up calls with the team to ensure production remains on track.
  • Work closely and engage directly with our marketing teams and other disciplines.
  • Utilize and optimize work processes using the tool "Monday".
  • Develop and implement innovative ideas to improve workflows.

Your Profile

  • Educated to Graduate level or a professional equivalent i.e MBA
  • Minimum of three years of experience in project coordination, planning, preparation, and implementation of design projects within an agency, a developer, or a media company.
  • Advanced English language skills. German language skills are an advantage.
  • Demonstrates organizational talent with a proactive, hands-on approach, capable of coordinating multiple disciplines.
  • Experienced in digital project coordination and management, overseeing the entire process from start to finish.
  • Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to work, prioritization, and capacity management.
  • Problem-solving mentality with a keen awareness of quality and detail.
  • Experienced in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Jira is an advantage.
