As a (Senior) Business Development Manager (m/f/d) you will be reporting to the Director of Digital Commerce. You will be responsible for day to day operations and managing the lifecycle of Deep Silver and Partners products. This is a great opportunity to work across a variety of key digital accounts and products within a dynamic and growing team in our international headquarter in Munich. The successful candidate will be passionate about the games industry with a strong business acumen and existing experience in a similar role.

Your Tasks

  • Identify, assess, negotiate & close new business opportunities - striving for a win-win situation
  • Insure the best possible execution of such opportunities once a deal is closed
  • Rationalize opportunities across multiple stakeholders & explain complex business models in a simple way
  • Team up with product management, marketing & commercial teams in the central organization
  • Develop & track KPIs and work closely with the business intelligence team to report and highlight areas of operational improvement

Your Profile

This position is open for candidates experienced in account management, digital sales and/or online marketing.
  • 5+ years of work experience as a business developer, sales manager or in a commercial function
  • Passion for video games and online technologies is a must
  • Ability to understand, design & implement complex business models
  • Excellent organisational skills - a keen attention to detail and ability to multi-task, with good time management skills
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills, able to interface with multiple internal departments
  • Fluent in English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
