Your Tasks

As a Senior Marketing Manager reporting directly to the Head of Marketing GSA, you will play a pivotal role in driving partner engagement and expanding product sales across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. With responsibilities spanning from managing partner relations to spearheading local marketing campaigns and initiatives, you'll leverage your strategic acumen and leadership skills to foster impactful collaborations and ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies at both operational and strategic levels.

Operational responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners to manage and market their products across Germany, Austria and Switzerland
  • Build and keep comprehensive knowledge of your partner’s portfolio, strategy & goals
  • Be the main contact for internal departments for marketing queries and take care of the day-to-day business activity and overall health of the partner business relation
  • Advocate with partners and internal teams to identify and assess potential local marketing and business opportunities to expand products sales & lifecycle of partner’s portfolio
  • Work closely with the Global Media, Communications, Social and Influencer teams on a daily basis and champion local campaign strategy, planning and execution from conception to launch in close collaboration
  • Partner with Key Account Managers to plan local trade marketing initiatives focusing on increasing awareness and revenue at the POS
  • Collaborate with internal and external creative services to create, adapt and deliver timely assets and creatives
  • Creative adaption & delivery of marketing assets across all relevant paid media channels
  • Responsibility for individual project-based Marketing Budgets
  • Control the full marketing-mix and negotiate with local media houses and agencies to buy ATL and BTL media to guarantee successful product launches (Online, Print, TV, OOH etc.)
  • Create & align Marketing & Communication approaches, post campaign analysis and reports for owned projects and partners
  • Initiate and execute (barter) marketing collaborations with third parties like movie, music, tech and other
  • Project manage specific brand and/or marketing initiatives on a case-by-case basis if needed
Strategic responsibilities:
  • Act as a supervisor for campaign strategies of the team members
  • Act as escalation point of contact and solver for the GSA team members and their partners incl. Distribution, Sales, Publishing, Central Marketing, Territory Leads, Agencies and Media
  • Mentor team members in the fields of product/brand marketing, social media and influencer/creator marketing

Your Profile

  • Demonstrated experience in managing marketing campaigns and initiatives within the gaming industry
  • Prior experience in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders such as media agencies, creative services, business partners and key account managers
  • Experience in negotiating and managing marketing budgets
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is mandatory
  • Fluency in German and English is essential, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external partner
  • Proven ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with partner goals
  • Strong analytical skills to assess marketing performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Adaptability and flexibility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Creativity and innovation to develop compelling marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness to navigate diverse markets within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
